Memorial Donations
The payment will be held as pending until the collection closes, at which time your card will be charged and the full amount donated will be transferred by Memorial Gifting to the nominated charity. The charity will then issue you with a receipt. You will initially see a $0 transaction on your credit card which is generated by the bank when it tests the card to verify that it is live.

Unless you have chosen to donate anonymously, you should receive a receipt from the charity within a few weeks of the collection closing but if you still haven’t received one after 2 months please contact us at info@memorialgifting.com and we will follow up on your behalf.

General Donations
To make a donation to any of the charities we work with go to our Donate To A Charity page. Donations made this way, not related to a collection in memory of a loved one, will be actioned that day. Thank you for your generosity.
