On April 11, 20201 peacefully in ICU at Christchurch Hospital aged 24 years.

Most precious and dearly loved son, soul mate and best friend to Daniel, Nicki and Grant.

Treasured grandson to Margaret and the late Ron Bell, Jessie and the late Clifford Jacques.

Adored Nephew of Rhonda and Max, Peter and Tetyana, Roxanne and Gareth, Karen and the late Robert Jacques and much loved by all of his cousins.
