On 19 May 2022 peacefully at Totara Hospice. In loving memory of a beautiful wife to Lyndsay, mother to Mackenzie and Jack and best friend to many. She will be forever loved and missed. We all love you. A thank you to the incredible nurses and doctors at Middlemore Hospital, Auckland Hospital, Totara Hospice and Gareth and his team at Harbour Cancer Clinic.
