On November 15, 2022, passed peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Jan. Loved father and father-in-law of Jenny and Warren, and Karen and Kevin. Loved Grandad Jack of Nicole, Olivia, Jayden and Elise. The family would like to thank the staff at Christchurch Hospital for their care of Jack.
