CARR, Verna Evelyn May:

On March 31, 2022, died peacefully at Bupa Ballarat, Rangiora, surrounded by her family.  A dearly loved mother, mother-in-law, nana, great-nana,  foster mum, and friend.  In accordance with Verna’s wishes, a private funeral was held.  In remembrance of Verna’s life and her love of children, donations to Foster Care Association may be made online at bit.ly/vemcarr3103
