On Saturday 29th October 2022, Gordon passed away peacefully surrounded by family, after a brave battle courageously fought. Dearly beloved husband of Joy, adored dad of Glenn & Deborah, Dean & Christine, Shellene & John, and treasured grandad of Andrew & Deepika, Katherine, Peter, and Sophia. “A wonderful man peacefully at rest.”

A service to celebrate Gordon’s life will be held at All Saint’s Chapel, Purewa Cemetery, 100 Saint John’s Rd, Meadowbank on Saturday 5th November at 12 noon.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be gratefully appreciated and may be made online to Totara Hospice at bit.ly/gfrainham511 or to St John’s Ambulance at bit.ly/grainham511.
