DONALDSON, JOHN (Maurice John)

It is with deep sadness that we advise that our much-loved husband and father passed away peacefully at Christchurch Public Hospital on 19^th April 2022.

Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Helen (Glubb). Loved father and father-in-law to Maria and Guy, Gerard and Giuliana, Greg and Sinead, Jonathan and Damienne.

Adored grandad of Jacob, Thomas, Gina, Mattia, Chiara, Mia, Ruby, Elise, Chloe, Charlotte and Henry.

Loved son of the late Jean and Robert Donaldson, Ngahere.

Loved brother and brother-in-law to Paul & Barbara (dec), Velma and Barney, Gordon and Lissa, Helen and Glen Rutherford, Sue and Tim (dec) Teen, Pauline (dec) & John Duxbury, David and Robyn Glubb, Sharon and George Cockburn, Brian and Philippa Glubb, Mary and Michael Sullivan, Michael and Kay Glubb.

Much adored Uncle to all his nieces and nephews and friend to many.

A special thank you to all those involved in his care.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John at Christ the King Catholic Church, Greers Road Christchurch on Tuesday 26^th April at 2pm.

A Rosary will be held on Monday 25^th April 6pm.
