NYSTAD Josephina Wilhelmina (José)

Peacefully on Friday 15th April 2022 at Edwin and Alison’s home, surrounded by her loved ones.

A much adored wife of the late Bennie and partner and friend of the late Ko. Loved Mother and mother-in-law of Rowena Fairweather (Perth) and Edwin and Alison. Cherished Oma to Paige, John and Chris Fairweather (Perth),  Ciara and Sophia.

A loved daughter, sister, sister in law and aunt to all her family here and in the Netherlands.  A special thanks to Dr Annabel White, Cherie from Access and her team of nurses who have taken such special care of Jose to allow her to remain at home during the final stages of her illness, and also her carer Kelly. 

In lieu of flowers donations would be gratefully received for the Cancer Society.

A Requiem Mass to celebrate Jose’s life will be held at 1.00pm on Tuesday 19th April at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 70 Spencer St, Addington followed by interment at Ruru Lawn Cemetery.
