Weir, Glenys

On Tuesday, 31 May 2022 at Harbour Hospice North Shore, Glen slipped away peacefully with her daughter by her side after defying the odds of her illness, squeezing every last minute out of life.

Dearly loved mother of Amanda, Max and Alex; adored wife of the late Graeme Ginger Weir; much loved nana of Jemima, Frankie, Wilco and Gus; and younger sister to brothers Brian, Howard and Rod Williams.

We would like to thank the staff at North Shore Hospital Haematology and Harbour Hospice North Shore for their warmth and the exceptional care they took of our precious mother.

In memory of Glenys and in lieu of flowers,  donations to the Harbour Hospice North Shore would be appreciated.

A service to celebrate Glen’s life will be held at Romaleigh, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote on Tuesday 7th June 2022 at 11am.
