LILLEY Megan Elizabeth;

Peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on Sunday 24 July 2022, aged 26.  Much loved daughter of Karen and Goose McClelland and Shane and Vicky Lilley.  Dearly loved sister, aunty and granddaughter to many.  The family wish to thank the Liver Transplant Team at Auckland Hospital and all the doctors and nurses at Christchurch Hospital for their care and support of Megan over the years.

In Lieu of flowers donations to SPCA would be gratefully accepted.

The full amount you donate is forwarded to the SPCA when the collection closes. and the SPCA pays Memorial Gifting  a service fee of 5%+GST plus 3% to cover the fees we are charged for processing the payment.
The payment form includes the option for people to donate anonymously and not receive a receipt. By accepting the payment terms and conditions. all donors requiring a receipt consent to their contact details being shared with the SPCA
