CARLYON Patricia (Pat)

On July 9^th, 2020 peacefully at Bloomfield Court, Woodend aged 90 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late George, dearly loved mother and mother in law of David and Deirdre, Linda and Pierre, Jan and Pete, and Rob and Maria. Loved and Cherished Nana to all her grandchildren and great Grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers donations to the SPCA would be appreciated. 

A service to celebrate Pats life will be held in the Northbrook Chapel, Rossburn Receptions, Sparks lane Rangiora on Wednesday July 15^th at 11am, followed by private cremation.

Payments and Privacy

The full amount you donate is forwarded to the SPCA when the collection closes. and the SPCA pays Memorial Gifting  a service fee of 5%+GST plus 3% to cover the fees we are charged for processing the payment.
The payment form includes the option for people to donate anonymously and not receive a receipt. By accepting the payment terms and conditions. all donors requiring a receipt consent to their contact details being shared with the SPCA
