CREASEY Phyllis Mary

Passed away peacefully at George Manning Lifecare on Sunday May 15, 2022 aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles (Chaz). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Lawrence And Sharon, Robin and Heather, Martin and Laurie, Wendy and Paul. Much loved Nana to Kelly, Jennifer, David, Amber, Erin, Brogan, Ethan, Danielle, Jaime, Samantha, Melanie, and Hayley. Loved Great Nana and Great Great Nana (Nana-nana) to the next generations. Loved sister of Paula, and the late Jacko. Will be sadly missed by the extended family and friends. Many thanks to the staff at George Manning for all Their loving care of Phyllis.
