Johnston Denis Ian,
Passed peacefully on December 23, 2018 at Nurse Maude Hospice after short illness age 74 years.

Beloved husband and best friend to Helen.

Loved father and father-in-law of Jo and Wayne Holdem, and the late Paul.

Much loved Pop to Celeste, Jack and Maia.

              You a loved beyond words, missed beyond measure”

Some special thanks must go to the Cardiac Staff of ward 12, Christchurch Hospital, staff at Nurse Maude Hospice and Dr Peter Sim for their love and care shown to Denis and the family.

In lieu of flowers donations to Nurse Maude Hospice would be appreciated.

At Denis’s request a private cremation has been held.

A memorial service will be held at later date.
