We do all we can to provide our users with the best service possible, we take your privacy and security seriously. We avoid keeping any data that isn’t absolutely required.
All credit card information is fully maintained by Windcave, a PCI compliant.company This means Windcave must fulfil all credit card security requirements. It also means that Memorial Gifting has absolutely no access to this information, we rely on Windcave to confirm whether your pledge was approved or not.
Normally for donations made to charities the address and email address of the donor and the amount donated will be forwarded to the charity and to the person acting for the family of the deceased in order for them to contact the donor on matters relating to donation. Donors may elect not to have their email forwarded to the charity with their payment by selecting this option in the payment form. Other than this we would never supply your information to a third party.
For ease of use we recommend using your Facebook account or Twitter account to connect with Memorial Gifting. There are a few reasons for using these login accounts.
- As a social network tool, Facebook is great for promoting your collection and will improve its visibility.
- You don’t need to worry about keeping several passwords.
- By using an integrated login your password information is secure.
- You will only need a brief Memorial Gifting profile description if you already have a Facebook profile.
